Citrus Catering & Events is a unique catering operation that promotes an “International Cuisine with a Twist!” The Twist being Chef Michelle’s practical and unique renditions on regular ol’ fare.  We pull different flavors from all over the globe to create exceptional and flavorful food to tickle your taste buds.
Citrus Catering & Events has been operating since 2006. Chef Michelle is the mastermind behind the business. The name Citrus originated because of her love for all things citrus.
“Citrus fruits are so versatile. Add a twist of lime to a cocktail and you’ve just kicked up your drink, add a squeeze of Lemon on your fish or pasta and you’ve just changed the dynamic of your whole meal, add a candied orange peel to a cupcake and you’ve got a gourmet treat. It is truly the perfect accompaniment to all things yummy!” –Chef Michelle
We are currently offering Personal Chef Services, Event Catering, Menu design, Event planning and delicious Cupcakes from our very own Sweet Citrus Cupcakes in the Atlanta area.

With the growing popularity of our delicious cupcakes and other sweet treats we officially added,  Sweet Citrus Cupcakes to the Citrus Catering & Events family in 2011. Sweet Citrus has taken off with a vengeance, and is continuing to grow beyond the scope of even our own vision.We currently have over 20 combinations of these delicious little treats. Lemon basil, Lemon Cream Cheese and Sweet Potato "Pie" are currently some of  the favorites amongst our customers. We also featured some seasonal flavors during the Holiday Season of 2011 that included some unique flavors, such as, Candy Cane, Chocolate Pistachio and Eggnog that kept our customers in the holiday spirit. Cupcakes are available by the dozen via online ordering. We offer delivers within the Atlanta area for a small fee, or a pickup can be arranged.

A little bit more about the Chef Michelle…

  • Chef Michelle has been cooking and catering for over 10 years.
  • She is mostly self-taught (thanks to Mom, Oma, Food TV and the world wide web), but also holds a Culinary Arts Certificate from Clayton State University.
  • She boasts a diverse, international background, as she spent 17 years in Germany and has visited over 10 countries.
  • She has collaborated with celebrity trainer Kenya Crooks (renowned weight loss expert) in efforts to promote healthy eating.
  • She LOVES to create amazing food and would love to work for YOU!
