Instagram already know that I went Vegan this week. I have been having some health issues and in light of all the food and health documentaries I have been watching I thought I'd do an experiment on myself. I'm already pretty certain that most dairy foods are the culprit, but I thought why not just wipe the slate clean and see how my body responds. I have to admit, I had to get a little creative to keep this week yummy, but it wasn't nearly as hard as I thought it would be. Here are some of the yummy things I ate this week...
