As you all know, I have been training for my first Half Marathon... which by the way is coming up next weekend. #Excited. The goal for the 30 days prior to the race, was to try to eat as Clean and Healthy as possible.
First thing... I have started juicing, just for our first meal in the morning. After seeing the documentary
Fat, Sick and Nearly Dead, I figured it couldn't hurt to add more nutrients to my diet.
