What's for dinner: Clean Pizza!

We had this delicious CLEAN pizza for dinner last night. I was surprised by how yummy it was! It had all the works...onions, bell peppers, mushrooms and chicken sausage as well as a homemade Herb Infused Whole Wheat Crust.

As promised, here are the details on the delicious and healthy meal we had at my house earlier this week. I cooked it all up in less than 30 minutes, so this should go down as a quick and healthy go to meal.

Shrimp, brown rice, black beans and broccoli

Instead of just listing the recipes (or lack there of), I'm going to try something new and give you a step by step on how to get this meal to your dinner table in 30 minutes or less.

Midweek (Healthy) Eats

Happy hump day!

Midweek eats is getting a makeover! It will now be "Midweek Healthy Eats" and I will be posting it over at Quarterlife Kenya's blog Space and Silence each Wednesday. Her blog is geared toward the quarterlifer and the struggles that come along with the wrath of the 20's and early 30's. Her goal in bringing on new contributors is to share ways to help people feel good on the inside and out.
